You could also just use concealer on your lids and dust it over with some translucent setting powder for a similar effect. For your eyes: MAC Paint Pot Dupes:įor eye makeup products, MAC is well-known for their Paint Pots ($24), especially the shades Painterly and Soft Ochre, which prime the lids for intense colors, but if you’re not looking to drop $24 on an eyeshadow base, NYX Eyeshadow Base ($7) will prep your lids in the same way. My personal favorites are the ELF Mist & Set ($3.99), which contains green tea and other beneficial ingredients, and the NYX Dewy Setting Spray ($8.50) for the perfect dewy look. MAC’s Soft & Gentle Mineralize Skinfinish ($34) gives a lit-from-within glow to the face, but you can get the same luminous look from the Wet ‘n’ Wild To Reflect Shimmer Palettes ($5.99) or the ELF Baked Blush in Pinktastic ($4), which is my favorite cheap highlighter - it gives such a pretty sheen! MAC Setting Spray Dupes:īack in the early days of Youtube beauty gurus, everyone was dousing their face with a generous spray of MAC Fix+ ($26), but now other brands have released their own setting sprays that lock in your makeup just as well. And this is where we end up? Its not okaaaaay! I had to IMPORT my Fleshpots in 2013, and got so happy when they finally came to my country.Myth never pleased meee as much :( Sorry for the rant. I've used Mac Lipsticks on a daily basis since 2012 and probs earlier. The rest has been a misbuy where the lipsticks dont look as light in reality as in the pictures. Where 2 of them i've been using on a daily basis, and 2 of them i've been "forced" to use if i've been out of my favorites. My face is nothing without a pretty nude lipstick :( I got around 14 different shades of Mac nude lipsticks in my cabinet. i've been searching through 1000s of lipsticks without finding a replacement. Creme d nude, dont like the finish of and color. ![]() Bosom Friend dont like the finish of(and are a bit too pale). ITS BEEN DISCONTINUED TOO!!! I Dont understand why they stop making all the good nude lipsticks that fits best for pale faces. But i loved how it looked on, i was gonna restock on that one. I did find a new favorite called "Mac Leave Me breathless".
